So after over a year and a half of not washing my Evisu jeans, I figured I should since the odor was getting pretty bad. As I turned them inside out to wash, I was like whoa, the inside of raw jeans fade the same way as the outside. It’s not as distinct but it’s still there. The next trend should be raw jeans except made with the wrong side of the denim on the outside.

Evisu Raw Jeans Worn & Unwashed
August 8, 2009
So last night before I went to bed I saw my jeans on sitting on my chair and I realized that I haven’t take pictures of them in a while. They were green cast raw denim. I’ve had them for over a year now and I still haven’t washed them. I think they’ve faded quite well. I’m pretty stoked.
The colour’s a bit off but this is what the jeans used to look like. At least the back did.
Inside of the legs gradually tear open due to me walking weird.
These jeans are supposed to mimick Wrangler jeans so Evisu decided to paint on a brown patch to replicate the leather brown patch on the back pocket of Wranglers. Slowly that’ll fade too.
The indigo will shift into their crevasses.
Honey combs start forming behind the knees.
Match pockets discolour due to me putting my hands in my pocket.
Here’s a comparison of what colour the jeans used to be and what they look like after over a year of wear.
